  • Payments for classes, packages, or memberships must be completed before attending sessions.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before class start time for refunds or credit (where applicable).

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Trial Classes are free and non-refundable.

  • Drop-in Classes & Packages are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior consent.

  • Workshops or Events: Refunds are available only if cancelled 48+ hours in advance.

  • We reserve the right to cancel classes due to instructor unavailability or emergencies, in which case credits or reschedules will be offered.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • By participating in our classes, you confirm that you are physically fit and have consulted a medical professional if needed.

  • SereniFlow and its instructors are not liable for injuries sustained during practice.

  • Always inform your instructor of any health concerns or physical limitations before the session.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, videos, and class materials — is the intellectual property of SereniFlow and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

6. Privacy

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SereniFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our services.
